We may collect your name, email address, phone number, customer code, shipping and delivery addresses, tax or customs information, package tracking details, invoices, payments, support messages, uploaded documents, notification preferences, device identifiers, and service activity.
2. How information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, identify packages, provide warehouse and freight services, calculate charges, process delivery requests, send operational notifications, answer support questions, prevent fraud, and improve service reliability.
3. Service providers and sharing
Information may be shared with AffiReach Xpress Couriers, Shiptriva, warehouses, carriers, delivery providers, payment and communication services, customs or regulatory authorities, and other providers needed to complete a requested service. We do not sell customer personal information.
4. Notifications
Operational email, in-app, or push notifications may be sent for account, package, invoice, payment, support, and delivery activity. Customers can manage available preferences in the portal or contact AffiReach Xpress Couriers for assistance.

7. Location and uploaded files
Location information is used only when a customer chooses to provide a delivery pin or use a map feature. Photos, invoices, identification, or other files are processed only for the courier, customs, delivery, payment, or support purpose for which they were supplied.
8. Children
The service is intended for courier customers and business users and is not directed to children under 13.
